We fill popsicle molds (or in cups with a wooden stick) and place them in the freezer until completely frozen.
We melt the chocolate coating in a double boiler (until it becomes liquid) and dip the popsicles in it.
On trays or bowls, we place toppings to taste (chopped nuts, shredded coconut, cereals, sprinkles, etc., and before the chocolate dries, we roll the popsicles in this or sprinkle them with it).
