Ingredients: 2 cups cow's milk; 2/3 cups strawberry yogurt, (or your preference); 1 banana; 1/2 cups oats; couverture chocolate, (amount needed); walnuts, chopped (optional); shredded coconuts, (optional); rice cereal, (optional)

In the blender, we put the milk, yogurt, oats, and banana and blend until we obtain a homogeneous mixture (if it becomes too thick, add a little more milk). We fill popsicle molds (or in cups with a wooden stick) and place them in the freezer until completely frozen.
