Lemon Pie Popsicles

  • 5 Great Value® Cookie Cones
  • 1/2 cream cheese
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 8 limes
  • 1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder

  • In a food processor, process the cones until you get a fine powder. Combine with half of the cream cheese and set aside.
  • Blend the condensed milk with the evaporated milk, lemon juice, remaining cream cheese, and hydrated and melted gelatin.
  • Pour the previous mixture into popsicle molds up to 3/4 full. Fill with the cookie cone mixture.
  • Place the popsicle stick and freeze for about 3 hours or until set. Unmold and serve. Buy HERE
