Mango and Coconut Frozen Pops

Prepare these delicious and refreshing mango and coconut frozen pops. They are made with AdeS® Soya, which gives them a delightful flavor. They are perfect for kids and for those hot days, plus they only require 4 ingredients. Making frozen pops has never been easier.

  • 1 cup Ades® soy milk
  • 1/2 cups coconut ice cream
  • 1/2 cups mango Ice Cream
  • 30 grams unflavored gelatin powder

  • Blend AdeS® Soya with the gelatin and boiling water in a blender.
  • Divide the mixture in two and add the mango ice cream to one part and the coconut ice cream to the other.
  • Pour some of the coconut mixture into the molds and then the mango mixture on top. Repeat this process until the mold is filled.
  • Freeze for 2 hours.
  • Unmold and serve immediately.
