Prepare these delicious and simple frozen mango yogurt popsicles. They have a smooth and creamy consistency and an intense mango flavor. They are delicious and perfect for hot days. They taste great, and you can make them year-round; your kids will love them.
Place the canned mangos in syrup in the blender along with Santa Clara® Mango Yogurt and 1/8 cup of Santa Clara® Whole Milk. Blend until you have a smooth mixture.
Strain the mixture to remove the pulp and set aside. Mix Santa Clara® Natural Yogurt with the remaining Santa Clara® Whole Milk.
In popsicle molds, pour 1/3 of the mango mixture, then another third of the Santa Clara® Natural Yogurt mixture, and fill the last third with more mango preparation.
Freeze the popsicles for about 4 hours. To unmold the popsicles, run the molds under warm water for 10 seconds and unmold.
