  • 3 cups whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cups raw sugar
  • cinnamon powder
  • ground cardamom
  • 1/4 cups Hershey's Natural Cocoa
  • 1 Hershey's semisweet chocolate pastry bar
  • 1 cup Hershey's Chocolate Flavor Syrup

  • Mix the whipping cream, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, cardamom, and Hershey's Natural Cocoa in a pot. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Add the Hershey's semi-sweet baking bar to the whipping cream mixture, stir until completely melted, remove from heat, and set aside.
  • Line a square mold with wax paper, pour the ice cream mixture, and freeze for 30 minutes or until the mixture begins to set.
  • Place wooden sticks and freeze for 2 hours or until the frozen pops are ready.
  • Cut the pops with a knife, remove from the mold and drizzle with Hershey's Chocolate Syrup.
