  • 2 cups watermelon, in cubes and seedless
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons Splenda® sugar
  • 1 cup kiwi, in cubes
  • 1/4 cups peppermint
  • 1/4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon Splenda® muscovado
  • kiwi, for decoration
  • watermelon, for decoration

  • Blend the watermelon with lemon juice, water, and Splenda® Sugar.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them ¾ of the way, and insert wooden popsicle sticks. Freeze for about 3 hours or until solid.
  • Blend the kiwi with mint, water, and Splenda® Mascabado, and pour into the popsicle molds, filling them completely. Freeze until completely solid.
  • Unmold the popsicles and decorate with kiwi and watermelon.
