These Biscoreo Pastries are prepared with sponge cake, ice cream, and Oreo cookies. They are delicious in this warm season, and kids love this dessert; it will become their favorite.
In a bowl, place the cake in small pieces, add the ice cream, raisins or candied fruit, and rum if desired, and gently stir, being careful not to melt the ice cream.
Take the cookie, separate it into two, place one half at the bottom of the glass or cup, add the previous mixture, and cover with the half that has the cream.
Place the pastries in the refrigerator to solidify. Decorate with cream cheese and a piece of Oreo cookie on top.
