1/2 cups evaporated milk, (360 ml can) for the coffee cream
1 cup light condensed milk, (397 ml) for the coffee cream
1 cup dulce de leche, for the coffee cream
2 tablespoons instant coffee, for the coffee cream
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 María cookies
1 cup whipping cream, hot, for the chocolate ganache
1 cup chocolate, bitter chopped, for the chocolate ganache
1/4 cups walnuts, chopped for decoration

Blend all the ingredients for the coffee cream.
Hydrate the gelatin and heat for a few seconds in the microwave, then add it to the coffee cream mixture and blend. Set aside.
Place a base of cookies in a rectangular mold. Spread a little of the coffee mixture.
Repeat until the entire mold is covered, finishing with the coffee mixture. Refrigerate.
For the ganache, heat the cream until it begins to boil. Pour over the chocolate and mix well. Cool.
Unmold the cake and pour the chocolate ganache and the chopped nuts over it. Serve.
