Ice Cream Cake

This recipe is very simple and quick, it will save you in a pinch and the kids will love it without the need to preheat the oven.

  • 2 muffin, commercial thin slices (Raisins, nuts, marbled)
  • 1 liter ice cream, of your preference
  • fruits, of your choice
  • cream cheese
  • hazelnut chocolate cream
  • gummies

  • Line a mold with aluminum foil, covering the walls and bottom with slices of bread.
  • Pour the ice cream and spread it evenly in the mold, then cover it with slices of bread.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and freeze until firm.
  • Unmold and decorate to taste.
  • Decoration option: Spread cream cheese on the surface, drizzle with hazelnut or chocolate cream; and finally add banana and gummy candies.
