Lemon and Watermelon Popsicles

  • 3 cups water, for the lemon popsicles
  • 1 cup lime juice, for the lemon popsicles
  • 1/4 cups stevia, for the lemon popsicles
  • 1/4 cups unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated, for the watermelon popsicles
  • 3 cups watermelon, in small cubes, seedless, for the watermelon popsicles
  • 1/4 cups agave syrup, for the watermelon popsicles
  • 1 cup water, for the watermelon popsicles
  • 1/4 cups unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated, for the watermelon popsicles
  • 1/2 cups Enchilated mango gummies
  • 1/2 cups gummy worms
  • 1 package Skwinkles® Chunks
  • chamoy
  • lime juice
  • spicy and sour chili
Preparation

  • Blend the water, lemon juice, stevia, and gelatin for 2 minutes. Remove and pour into popsicle molds. Freeze for 3 hours.
  • Blend the watermelon, agave honey, and water for 2 minutes or until the mixture is well blended, add the gelatin and blend for 1 more minute. Remove and pour into popsicle molds. Freeze for 3 hours.
  • To serve the frozen popsicles: Place the watermelon and lemon popsicles on a plate, add mango gummies, gummy worms, Skwinkles® Chunks, drizzle with chamoy and lemon juice, and sprinkle with spicy and sour chili.
