Blend the water, lemon juice, stevia, and gelatin for 2 minutes. Remove and pour into popsicle molds. Freeze for 3 hours. Blend the watermelon, agave honey, and water for 2 minutes or until the mixture is well blended, add the gelatin and blend for 1 more minute. Remove and pour into popsicle molds. Freeze for 3 hours.
