M&M'S Ice Cream Cake

  • 2 liters unsweetened plain yogurt
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • cocoa, sugar-free
  • 2 packages M&M'S® Chocolates 120 gr

  • Blend the yogurt, melted gelatin, and vanilla.
  • In a baking dish, pour a little of the yogurt mixture until filling 1.5 cm of the dish. Sprinkle with a little cocoa and distribute the M&M'S® Chocolates 120 g.
  • Repeat the previous step until forming 3 layers, but do not add cocoa to the top layer. Finally, decorate with enough M&M'S® Chocolates 120 g.
  • Freeze the M&M'S ice cream cake for a minimum of 2 hours. Afterwards, serve in slices and decorate with M&M'S® Chocolates 120 g.
