Snow Tart

  • chocolates, to melt
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 95 grams cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar
  • 4 tablespoons table cream
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • ice creams, of your preferred flavor

  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, coat the pre-greased tart shells with several layers, and place them in the freezer. If colored tart shells are needed, you can dye white chocolate or use colored chocolate for lollipops.
  • Prepare the whipped cream by integrating it with the cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, and cocoa using a mixer until firm peaks form.
  • Remove the tart shells from the molds and place a scoop of snow on top, covering it with whipped cream using a piping bag.
  • Garnish with a strawberry and sprinkle cocoa on top or simply add chocolate chips.
