Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a round mold.
Beat the egg whites with the baking powder and gradually add the brown sugar. Once firm (at the turrón stage), add the vanilla.
Once firm, stop beating and gently fold in the crushed cookies and walnuts with a ladle.
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake at 180°C for 30 to 35 minutes.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese along with the whipping cream, gradually adding the powdered sugar. You should beat until there are no lumps and the cream is firm.
Once the meringue at the bottom is completely cool, transfer it to a serving platter, spread the whipped cream on top, and decorate with sliced strawberries.
