Treat the little ones at home with this amazing vanilla and chocolate roll filled with delicious creamy chocolate ice cream with crunchy almonds; you won’t believe how easy it is to make!
Beat the egg whites until they double in volume, adding the sugar gradually.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until they change color, then gently fold in the egg whites, sifted flour, salt, vanilla, and melted butter.
Separate the previous mixture into two parts, add cocoa to one and mix. Place the mixtures into two pastry bags.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, add a line of white mixture, then one of chocolate, alternating the colors until the tray is full, bake for 8 minutes.
Place the roll on a cloth sprinkled with powdered sugar, roll it up while hot, and let it cool.
Unroll, add the Chocolate Almond Crunch Halo Top® ice cream and, using a spatula, spread it evenly without reaching the edges, roll it up, and freeze for 1 hour.
Slice and serve with a glass of milk.
