Banana and Peanut Ice Cream

Bananas are ideal when you go to the gym because their high potassium content helps prevent cramps. You can prepare this dessert on weekends and freeze it. That way, you just take it out of the freezer and add the rest of the ingredients.

  • 1/2 bananas
  • 1/4 cups almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

  • Peel the banana and place it in a freezer bag, add the almond milk and seal the bag. Freeze for 2 hours or until very frozen.
  • Once it has a solid consistency, add to a food processor with the peanut butter and cinnamon. Blend perfectly until you reach the desired consistency.
