3 cups mamey, the pulp or cut into small cubes and frozen
1/4 cups evaporated milk
1 cup condensed milk
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 cup whipping cream
1 mamey, boneless, hollowed out; to serve the ice cream

Blend the mamey with evaporated milk, condensed milk, and vanilla essence.
Whip the cream until it doubles in volume. Gradually add the mamey mixture until you achieve a homogeneous mixture.
Remove the mixture from the mixer and freeze for 8 hours, stirring occasionally to distribute the cold.
Remove the mixture from the freezer.
Serve in the hollowed mamey and enjoy.
