Creamy Mamey Ice Cream

For the hot season, prepare this creamy and smooth mamey ice cream, which has a delicate sweet and rich flavor that you will not be able to believe. Prepare it and surprise everyone with this dessert.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 3 cups mamey, the pulp or diced and frozen
  • 1/4 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 mamey, without bone, hollowed; to serve ice cream

Preparation

Blend the mamey with evaporated milk, condensed milk and vanilla essence.
Beat the cream until it doubles its volume. Add the mamey mixture little by little until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Remove the mixture from the blender and freeze for 8 hours, moving occasionally to spread the cold.
Remove the freezing mixture.
Serve in the hollowed-out mamey and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve the ice cream in a hollowed-out mamey half, enjoy.

TIPS

Make sure that the whipping cream forms peaks before adding the mixture of any flavor of ice cream so it will be perfect.
