Mix the whipping cream for 2 minutes or until it doubles in size. Then, add the condensed milk and vanilla, mixing gently. Add the Gansito cubes, the sprinkles, and mix gently. Place in a baking dish and freeze for 4 hours.
Serve the Gansito ice cream in a waffle cone and decorate with more pieces of Gansito.
