  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 little geese, in medium cubes
  • 1/4 cups chocolate sprinkles
  • goose, in cubes, for decoration
  • ice cream cones, for serving

  • Mix the whipping cream for 2 minutes or until it doubles in size. Then, add the condensed milk and vanilla, mixing gently. Add the Gansito cubes, the sprinkles, and mix gently. Place in a baking dish and freeze for 4 hours.
  • Serve the Gansito ice cream in a waffle cone and decorate with more pieces of Gansito.
