Homemade Banana Ice Cream

  • 2 cups Ades® soy milk
  • 5 bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

  • Peel the banana, cut it into medium pieces, and place it in a container. Cover the container and freeze it for 24 hours.
  • Blend the ripe banana and AdeS® Soya until you achieve a creamy consistency.
  • Add the vanilla and blend until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Serve some inside a mason jar and place some blueberries on top, add another layer of ice cream, and finish with more blueberries.
