Mango and Yogurt Ice Cream

For the warm season, we recommend this delicious and healthy creamy ice cream with Yoplait Greek Yogurt with No Added Sugar and smooth mango, flavored with basil, orange zest, and sweetened with honey, which will give it a delicate taste.

  • 3 cups mango, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cups evaporated milk
  • 2 cups Yoplait® Greek yogurt with no added sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon basil, cut into thin strips

  • For the base, blend the mango with evaporated milk, Yoplait Greek Yogurt with No Added Sugar, vanilla extract, and honey until you achieve a smooth mixture. Set the preparation aside.
  • Whip the cream until it forms peaks. Once it has doubled in volume, gradually add the previous preparation until well incorporated.
  • Add the orange zest and basil. Mix and pour the preparation into a deep mold.
  • Freeze the preparation for 8 hours until you achieve the desired consistency, stirring occasionally. Serve.
