Raspberry Sorbet

Prepare this very simple raspberry sorbet, your kids will love it, it will be healthier since they will eat a dessert made with natural fruit and without preservatives. Perfect for the hot season.

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 cups low-fat milk, chill
  • 1 cup whipped cream

  • Blend the raspberries and add the milk; stir until dissolved. Freeze for 2 hours or until partially frozen.
  • Place the mixture in the blender and cover it. Blend on high speed until creamy. Place the mixture back in the container. Add the whipped cream and stir. Put it back in the freezer for 4 hours or until frozen. Before serving, let it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes to soften.
