Blend raspberries add milk; Stir until dissolved. Freeze for 2 hours or until partially frozen.
Place the mixture in the blender and cover it. Mix at high speed until creamy. Place the mixture again in the container. Add the whipped cream and stir. Put it back in the freezer for 4 hours or until frozen. Before serving, let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes to soften.
