Strawberry Yogurt Ice Cream with Chocolate Chips

  • 1/2 cups Santa Clara® strawberry yogurt
  • 1/4 cups Santa Clara® whole milk
  • 4 cups strawberries, washed and disinfected
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cups semi-dark chocolate chips

  • Cut the stems off the strawberries, place them in a covered dish, and freeze for 24 hours.
  • Place the frozen strawberries in a processor or blender and add Santa Clara® Strawberry Yogurt.
  • Gradually add Santa Clara® Whole Milk, if necessary, turn off the appliance and help incorporate everything with a spoon.
  • Add the sugar and process until you have a creamy consistency. Fold in the chocolate chips by hand to avoid breaking them.
  • Freeze for about 4 hours and serve.
