1/2 cups Santa Clara® strawberry yogurt
1/4 cups Santa Clara® whole milk
4 cups strawberries, washed and disinfected
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cups semi-dark chocolate chips

Cut the stems off the strawberries, place them in a covered dish, and freeze for 24 hours.
Place the frozen strawberries in a processor or blender and add Santa Clara® Strawberry Yogurt.
Gradually add Santa Clara® Whole Milk, if necessary, turn off the appliance and help incorporate everything with a spoon.
Add the sugar and process until you have a creamy consistency. Fold in the chocolate chips by hand to avoid breaking them.
Freeze for about 4 hours and serve.
