  • 2 cups tapioca
  • 2 liters water
  • 1/2 cups coconut cream
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 envelope D'Gari®️ Sugar Free Gelatin Mango Flavor
  • 2 cups water, hot
  • 2 cups water, cold

  • Cook the tapioca in a pot with water over medium heat for 40 minutes. Remove from the water and strain.In a bowl, combine the tapioca, coconut cream, and coconut milk.
  • In a bowl, mix the D’Gari®️ Sugar-Free mango-flavored jelly and hot water. Once dissolved, add the cold water. Pour into a rectangular dish and place in the refrigerator.
  • Cut the jelly into medium cubes and set aside.
  • Serve some tapioca in small cups and add the D’Gari®️ Sugar-Free mango jelly cubes on top.
