Chocolate mousse is a classic French dessert, it adds an elegant touch to any meal or dinner. A very easy recipe to prepare, where chocolate is the star of this dish. A perfect recipe to pamper your loved ones.

Beat the yolks with 50 grams of sugar until frothy, then add the heavy cream. Beat until the mixture doubles in size.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 15-second intervals to avoid burning the chocolate. Stir occasionally.
Place the egg whites in a clean mixing bowl and beat until you achieve a soft peak texture. Gradually add the remaining sugar until the meringue is very firm.
Add the mixture of egg yolks and heavy cream to the melted chocolate.
Fold the meringue into the previous mixture, trying to incorporate the meringue gently to avoid losing volume.
Pour the mixture into a pastry bag and fill the jar you will be using. Add the red fruits and pour more chocolate on top. Repeat this process until the jar is full.
Refrigerate for 40 minutes or until ready to serve.
