Mango and Coconut Dessert

With this recipe, you can prepare a delicious firm yet creamy mango mousse with a touch of coconut.

  • 5 mangoes, of good size, peeled, pitted, and cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon coconut water, powder
  • 1 glass cow's milk
  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder

  • Blend all the ingredients except for the gelatin.
  • Hydrate the gelatin and then melt it in the microwave, just for a few seconds.
  • Add the gelatin to the blender and blend for one more minute or until all ingredients are well mixed.
  • Place the mixture in a refrigerator container and let it sit for 30 to 40 minutes.
