Mango Mousse

Mango mousse is a very delicious and quick dessert to prepare, dare to try it and you'll see that you will love it.

  • 1/2 cans evaporated milk
  • 300 grams mango pulp, in pieces
  • 6 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 7 grams unflavored gelatin powder, rehydrated in cold water and dissolved in a water bath
  • 1/4 cups water, cold to hydrate the gelatin

  • Blend the evaporated milk with the mango and sugar.
  • Without stopping the blending, gradually add the previously dissolved and hydrated gelatin, strain.
  • Pour into cups.
  • Refrigerate for one hour and serve decorated with more mango pulp.
