1/2 cans evaporated milk
300 grams mango pulp, in pieces
6 tablespoons granulated sugar
7 grams unflavored gelatin powder, rehydrated in cold water and dissolved in a water bath
1/4 cups water, cold to hydrate the gelatin

Blend the evaporated milk with the mango and sugar.
Without stopping the blending, gradually add the previously dissolved and hydrated gelatin, strain.
Pour into cups.
Refrigerate for one hour and serve decorated with more mango pulp.
