The mango mousse is a very rich dessert and quick to prepare, dare to try it and you will love it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 cans evaporated milk
  • 300 grams mango pulp, in pieces
  • 6 tablespoons refined sugar
  • 7 grams gelatin, hydrated in cold water and dissolved in a water bath
  • 1/4 cups Water, cold to hydrate the grenetina

Preparation

Blend evaporated milk with mango and sugar.
Continuing to liquefy, add the previously dissolved and hydrated gelatin little by little, strain.
Pour into glasses.
Refrigerate for an hour and offer decorating with more mango pulp.
