Strawberry Mousse with Cream

A rich and smooth strawberry mousse with cream, over a ground cookie and orange powder, to honor the delicious and classic dessert. Nothing better than a sunny afternoon with this delightful fruit.

  • 1 vanilla cookies, package
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 butter, bar
  • 2 unflavored gelatin powder, packets
  • 3 cups strawberries
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups table cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 6 tablespoons chantilly cream, for decoration
  • 6 strawberries, decorate

  • Crush the cookies in a food processor to obtain a fine powder. Mix with the orange zest.
  • Melt the butter in the Samsung® Cello microwave and mix with the cookies.
  • Pour the cookie mixture into small cups and compact with the help of a spoon.
  • Refrigerate the cups in the Samsung Twin Cooling Plus® refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • Soak the gelatin in water and melt in the Samsung® Cello microwave.
  • Blend the strawberries, sugar, half and half, vanilla, and gelatin until you obtain a homogeneous and smooth mixture. Set aside.
  • Whip the cream until soft peaks form and gently fold in the strawberry mixture.
  • Fill the cups with the previous mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes in the Samsung Twin Cooling Plus® refrigerator.
  • Decorate with whipped cream and strawberries. Serve.
