This simple pistachio mousse dessert with vanilla is easy to prepare. It works well as a light dessert for a summer night and can be served in martini glasses for a stylish presentation.
In a mixer, beat the cream cheese and vanilla at medium speed until fluffy.
Gently fold in the whipped cream (previously) and set aside.
Beat the egg whites with the sugar in the mixer at high speed and fold with a spatula into the cheese mixture. Finally, gently add the ground pistachios and sweetened condensed milk.
Serve the portions of the mousse in martini glasses and garnish with chopped pistachios on top.
Refrigerate for 2 hours until serving.
