Tapioca and Coconut Ice Cream Dessert

4 tablespoons tapioca
2 tablespoons coconut, dehydrated
6 tablespoons sugar
3/4 liters cow's milk

Place the tapioca, sugar, coconut, and milk in a small pot.
Mix everything well and simmer for 5 minutes or until you see it thickening.
During cooking, constantly stir with a wooden spoon.
Remove from heat and let it cool.
Divide the mixture into four glasses, filling them halfway, and place them in the fridge to chill well.
You can add a jam; I added some loquats in syrup.
