Tapioca and Coconut Ice Cream Dessert

It is delicious, tasty, and I know you will like it just as much as I did; it was very fun to prepare it, and the important thing is that every day you learn new recipes and have a lot of fun.

  • 4 tablespoons tapioca
  • 2 tablespoons coconut, dehydrated
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 3/4 liters cow's milk

  • Place the tapioca, sugar, coconut, and milk in a small pot.
  • Mix everything well and simmer for 5 minutes or until you see it thickening.
  • During cooking, constantly stir with a wooden spoon.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool.
  • Divide the mixture into four glasses, filling them halfway, and place them in the fridge to chill well.
  • You can add a jam; I added some loquats in syrup.
