Ice Cream Tiramisu

  • 1 1/2 cups butter, for the pound cake
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar, for the pound cake
  • 4 eggs, for the pound cake
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for the pound cake
  • 2 cups flour, for the pound cake
  • ladyfingers
  • 1/4 cups espresso coffee
  • 1 liter Santa Clara® supreme coffee ice cream
  • 150 grams bittersweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup chantilly cream, for decoration
  • cocoa, for decoration

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy, add the eggs one by one and the vanilla.
  • Add the flour and beat until incorporated, pour onto a tray lined with paper and bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Cut 2 rectangles of pound cake the size of your mold. Set aside.
  • Place one piece of pound cake in the mold and using a brush, soak with coffee. Fill with Santa Clara® supreme coffee ice cream, add pieces of ladyfingers and cover with the other piece of cake. Soak with coffee and freeze until firm.
  • Unmold and cover with melted chocolate. Let dry, decorate with rosettes of whipped cream and cocoa powder. Serve immediately.
