Try this different version of tiramisu with a rich and creamy ice cream that gives a unique and different touch to the classic Italian dessert. Delicious vanilla sponge cake with coffee and an exquisite filling of creamy coffee ice cream, covered with bitter chocolate, you will love it.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of Butter for the pancake
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar for the pancake
  • 4 pieces of egg for the pancake
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla for the pancake
  • 2 cups of flour for the pancake
  • enough of soleta
  • 1/4 of Cup of espresso
  • 1 liter of Santa Clara® ice cream supreme coffee
  • 150 grams of bitter chocolate melted
  • 1 Cup of Chantilly cream to decorate
  • to taste of cocoa to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Beat butter with sugar until creamy, add eggs and vanilla one by one.
    Add the flour and whisk until it integrates, pour over a tray with paper and bake for 25 min, or until a toothpick is inserted and it comes out clean.
    Cut 2 pancake rectangles the size of your mold. Reservation.
    Place a piece of pancake on the mold and with a brush soak it with coffee. Stuffed with the Santa Clara® Ice Cream coffee supreme, add pieces of soletas and cover with the piece of cake sponge. Soak with coffee and freeze until firm.
    Unmold and cover with melted chocolate. Let dry, decorate with rosettes of chantilly cream and cocoa powder. Serve immediately.
