2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g each) hydrated in 1/4 cup of water and melted in a water bath

For the crust, mix the cookies with the butter until fully combined; place them at the bottom of a pie mold previously lined with aluminum foil. Refrigerate for 10 minutes and set aside.
For the filling, beat the cream cheese with the sugar until creamy; add the Vanilla Danette® Custard with the orange juice and the previously hydrated and melted gelatin.
Pour over the pie crust and refrigerate for 1 hour or until the mixture is firm; decorate the surface with orange zest.
Unmold and done.
