Ingredients: 1 package cream cheese, (190 g); 3/4 cups sugar; 4 vanilla flavored custard, danette 100g each; 190 milliliters orange juice; 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g each) hydrated in 1/4 cup of water and melted in a water bath; 45 María cookies; 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted; 1 orange zest, for decoration

For the crust, mix the cookies with the butter until fully combined; place them at the bottom of a pie mold previously lined with aluminum foil. Refrigerate for 10 minutes and set aside. For the filling, beat the cream cheese with the sugar until creamy; add the Vanilla Danette® Custard with the orange juice and the previously hydrated and melted gelatin.
