Colorful Cup and Fruit

Prepare those colorful gelatin cups; their tangy flavor perfectly complements the cream cheese sauce. It's ideal for any party or for dessert time.

  • 3 liters water, divided into 1 liter per flavor
  • 1 package D´Gari® currant gelatin dessert
  • 1 package D'Gari® wild blueberry gelatin
  • 1 package D´Gari® gelatin mango flavor
  • 2 packages cream cheese, 190 g each
  • 2 cups low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cups icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup canned peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup canned pineapple, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped

  • Heat one liter of water in a pot and let it come to a boil, reduce the heat and gradually add the D 'Gari® raspberry-flavored gelatin and mix very well. Pour into a flat container and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set. Repeat with each flavor.
  • Blend the cheese, milk, vanilla, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Place them in a cup or glass container and drizzle with the cheese sauce.
  • Incorporate the peach, pineapple, and walnut and mix.
