1 cup low-fat milk
2 eggs
1/2 cups oil
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup artificial sweetener
2 1/4 cups flour
1 package reduced-fat cream cheese
1 package artificial sweetener, to taste
food coloring, desired colors

Preheat the oven to a medium temperature before starting.
Place the eggs in a bowl and the sugar substitute. Beat these ingredients until frothy.
Add the vanilla extract, oil, and then the milk to the mixture and beat.
With circular motions and in a folding manner, add the flour and baking powder.
Separate the mixture into different bowls and add a drop of edible artificial coloring to each bowl, creating many colors.
Pour the mixture into cupcake molds with the respective paper for each and apply butter to prevent sticking.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
To prepare the cream: beat the cream cheese and add the sugar substitute to taste.
Add the cream on top of the cupcakes.
