Preparation
Preheat the oven before starting at an average temperature.
Place the eggs in a bowl and the sugar substitute. Beat these ingredients until frothy.
Add to the mixture and beat the vanilla extract, the oil and then the milk.
With circulatory movements and as wrapping, add flour and baking powder.
Separate the mixture in different dishes and add a drop of edible artificial coloring to each dish, make many colors.
Add the mixture to the molds for cupcakes with the respective paper for each one and put butter so that it does not stick.
Bake for 30 minutes.
To prepare the cream: beat the cream cheese and add sugar substitute to taste.
Add the cream on top of the cupcakes.
