Practical and very tasty mosaic gelatin for any occasion. The fun part about these gelatins is that the white base makes the colors of the gelatin cubes stand out significantly. Plus, you can try different flavors of gelatin in each bite.
Boil two cups of water and when it is boiling, add the lemon gelatin until dissolved and add one more cup of water, pour into a container and let it cool until set.
Boil two cups of water and when it is boiling, add the strawberry gelatin until dissolved and add one more cup of water, pour into a container and let it cool until set.
Boil two cups of water and when it is boiling, add the grape gelatin until dissolved and add one more cup of water, pour into a container and let it cool until set.
Once the three gelatins (lemon, grape, and strawberry) have set, cut them into medium cubes and set aside.
In a cup with 1/3 of water, put the three packets of gelatin and mix with a spoon, let it rest for 5 minutes and then microwave in 10-second intervals until dissolved and set aside.
Prepare a medium gelatin mold with a little cooking oil (we can apply the oil using a paper towel).
In the blender, we combine the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla, and the dissolved gelatin, blend and pour a small amount into a gelatin mold, adding the cubes of the gelatin of all the flavors we have prepared.
We pour a little more of the blended mixture and continue adding the gelatin until both preparations are finished.
Refrigerate for 1 hour and unmold onto a plate.
