Practical and very rich mosaic gelatin for all occasions. The father and fun of these jellies is that the white base makes the collos of jelly cubes stand out a lot. You can also try different flavors of gelatin in each bite.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 envelopes gelatin
  • 1 package jelly, lemon water
  • 1 package jelly, strawberry water
  • 1 package jelly, of grape water
  • 9 cups Water

Preparation

Boil two cups of water and when boiling put the lemon jelly to dissolve and add another cup of water, put in a bowl and let cool until set.
Boil two cups of water and when boiling put the strawberry gelatin until dissolved and add another cup of water, put in a bowl and let cool until set.
Boil two cups of water and when it is boiling, put the grape gelatin until it dissolves and add another cup of water, put in a container and let cool until it sets.
Once the three gelatins (lemon, grape and strawberry) have been curdled, cut into medium cubes and set aside.
In a cup with 1/3 of water put the three envelopes of grenetina and mix with a spoon, let stand for 5 minutes and put in the microwave for periods of 10 seconds until it dissolves and set aside.
We prepare a mold for medium jelly with a little cooking oil (we can put the oil with the help of a paper napkin).
In the blender we put the condensed milk, the evaporated milk, the vanilla and the dissolved grenetina, we liquefy and we put a small part in a mold for gelatin we add the cubes of the gelatin of all the flavors that we already prepare.
Put a little more of the liquefied and continue adding the gelatin to finish with both preparations.
We take the refrigerator for 1 hour and unmold on a plate.

PRESENTATION

You can serve it or decorate it with a little cream to beat (it is beaten in the blender until peaks form and we add glass sugar to taste).

TIPS

So that our colored gelatin cubes come out even when we prepare them, we put them in rectangular refractories.
