Condensed Milk Gelatin with Raspberry Puree

With this super classic D’Gari® Condensed Milk Gelatin, filled with fresh raspberry, you will be the best host of the party, because besides being original it is delicious; the raspberry puree gives it a unique sweet and tangy touch at the same time.

  • 1 1/2 cups raspberries
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 liters cow's milk
  • 2 envelopes D’Gari® condensed milk gelatin dessert, 140 g each
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder, for decoration

  • In a saucepan over low heat, add the raspberries and sugar, cook until a puree is obtained, set aside.
  • Heat the milk and add the D´Gari® Condensed Milk Gelatin, set aside.
  • Pour ¼ of the gelatin into a mold and freeze for 20 minutes.
  • Add raspberries to the gelatin and the remaining ¾ of the condensed milk gelatin, let cool for 2 hours.
  • Unmold and cover the gelatin with the puree, decorate with raspberries and cinnamon.
