Condensed milk gelatin with raspberry puree

With this Super Classic D'Gari® Condensed Milk Gelatin, filled with fresh raspberry you will be the best hostess of the party, because besides being original it is very delicious, the mashed raspberries give it a touch of sweet and at the same time unique.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups raspberry
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 liters milk
  • 2 envelopes D'Gari ® Condensed Milk Gelatin ®, 140 gc / u
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder, to decorate

Preparation

In a saucepan over low heat add the raspberries and the sugar cook until obtaining a puree, reserve.
Heat the milk and add the D'Gari® Condensed Milk Gelatin, reserve.
Empty ¼ of the gelatin in a mold freeze for 20 minutes.
Add raspberries to gelatin and ¾ of condensed milk gelatin, let cool for 2 hours.
Unmold and cover the jelly with the puree, decorate with raspberries and cinnamon.

PRESENTATION

Bathe with red fruit puree at room temperature above the gelatine. Add fresh red fruits to your jellies.

TIPS

Grease the molds before emptying the mixture at the same time so that it is not difficult to remove the gelatin.
