  • 3/4 cups condensed milk
  • 150 grams white chocolate, in pieces
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cups butter, in squares
  • 1/4 cups hazelnut chocolate cream
  • 1/4 cups coconut
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • María cookies, ground
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2 María cookies, ground

  • In a small pot, cook the condensed milk with the white chocolate, vanilla essence, and butter for 5 minutes or until all ingredients are fully integrated.
  • Divide the mixture into 3 bowls. Add the hazelnut cream to one, incorporate the shredded coconut into the second, and the lemon juice into the third. Freeze for 30 minutes or until thickened.
  • Form small balls with your lightly greased hands. Roll the chocolate ones in cocoa, the coconut ones in shredded coconut, and the lemon ones in cookie crumbs.
