Condensed Milk Truffles

  • 3/4 cups condensed milk
  • 150 grams white chocolate, cut into chunks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cups butter, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cups hazelnut chocolate cream
  • 1/4 cups coconut
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • In a small pot, combine condensed milk, white chocolate, vanilla essence, and butter. Cook for 5 minutes or until all ingredients are perfectly incorporated.
  • Divide previous mixture into three different bowls. Add hazelnut chocolate cream to the first bowl, shredded coconut and ground Maria cookies to the second bowl, and lime juice and zest to the third bowl and mix thoroughly. Freeze for 30 minutes or until thick.
  • Slightly grease your hands and ball the mixture. Cover chocolate truffles with cocoa powder, coconut truffles with coconut, and lime truffles with Maria cookies powder.
  • Serve condensed milk truffles.
