Are you thinking about a dessert table for Christmas? These Condensed Milk Truffles will give the perfect touch to the delicious desserts you want to cook for your table. Ingredients

20 portions
  • 3/4 cups condensed milk
  • 150 grams White chocolate, in pieces
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cups butter, in squares
  • 1/4 cups Hazelnut cream
  • 1/4 cups coconut
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • enough cocoa
  • enough grated coconut
  • enough Marie biscuit, ground
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 Marie biscuits, ground

Preparation

Cook condensed milk with white chocolate, vanilla essence and butter for 5 minutes or until all ingredients are completely integrated.
Divide the mixture into 3 bowls. Add the hazelnut cream to one, to the second add the grated coconut and to the third the lemon juice. Freeze for 30 minutes or until thick.
Form balls with your hands lightly greased. The chocolate stir in the cocoa, the coconut in the frappé coconut, and the lemon in the cookie powder.
Serve and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve in glasses and enjoy. Accompany with coffee.

TIPS

Do not handle truffles too much when sprinkling them so they don't get warm and collapse. You can use a spoon. You can store them up to 1 week in refrigerator.
