900 milliliters whole milk
80 grams cornstarch
432 grams María cookies, 3 packs
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 cup sugar
1/4 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
2 cinnamon sticks
2 tablespoons nutmeg
3 plastic bags

Boil the milk with the cinnamon sticks.
Mix the cornstarch with the water in a container; once well combined, add it to the boiling milk.
Let the mixture cool for at least 2 to 3 hours.
Blend the previous warm mixture with the cookies, sugar, vanilla, teaspoon of salt, and nutmeg.
Strain the mixture and package it in bags. Place the bags in the freezer.
Wait 20 to 30 minutes. When the ice cream in the bags has solidified on one side, turn them over so that it solidifies completely.
