This cake is a good option if you don’t have an oven but want to enjoy a simple and delicious dessert. Creamy filling with cookie bits, perfect for sharing.
Separate the filling from the cookies and set aside. Place the cookies without filling in a plastic bag and crush by hitting with a spoon until you get a very fine powder. Reserve two tablespoons of the powder for decoration.
In a bowl, mix the cookie powder with the melted butter.
Pour into a cake mold and compact the mixture to form a crust by spreading it with a spoon. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, blend the condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla, cookie filling, and gelatin. Set aside.
Whip the cream in the mixer until soft peaks form. Reserve some cream for decoration.
Mix the preparation of milk with the whipped cream gently. Add the chopped cookies.
Pour the mixture into the mold with the base and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Unmold the cake, decorate with the whipped cream you reserved and the cookie powder.
