Cookies with Agave Honey and Raisins

This very Mexican cookie recipe will make any mom happy.

  • 125 grams butter
  • 125 grams sugar
  • 250 grams flour
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon cow's milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 cups raisins, 90 grams

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan along with the sugar, agave honey, milk, and baking soda.
  • Incorporate the flour and raisins.
  • Form small balls with the dough and place them on a baking tray previously lined with parchment paper.
  • Place the dough balls on the baking tray, leaving enough space for them to expand.
  • Lightly press the balls with a fork.
  • Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
