125 grams sugar
250 grams flour
1 tablespoon agave syrup
1 tablespoon cow's milk
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 cups raisins, 90 grams

Melt the butter in a saucepan along with the sugar, agave honey, milk, and baking soda.
Incorporate the flour and raisins.
Form small balls with the dough and place them on a baking tray previously lined with parchment paper.
Place the dough balls on the baking tray, leaving enough space for them to expand.
Lightly press the balls with a fork.
Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
