In the previously greased mold, pour the mixture and bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Remove the bread from the oven and sprinkle a bit of ground cinnamon on top to infuse it, then let it cool for 20 minutes, unmold, and cut into slices.
