Corn Bread with Cinnamon

  • 800 grams corn kernel
  • 4 eggs
  • 180 grams unsalted butter
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 375 grams condensed milk
  • 360 grams evaporated milk

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  • Grease a mold with a little butter and flour, then sprinkle a bit of ground cinnamon.
  • In the blender, pour the corn kernels, evaporated milk, condensed milk, previously sifted flour, ground cinnamon, baking powder, and melted butter. Then, blend until all ingredients are perfectly combined.
  • In the previously greased mold, pour the mixture and bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Remove the bread from the oven and sprinkle a bit of ground cinnamon on top to infuse it, then let it cool for 20 minutes, unmold, and cut into slices.
